I spend a lot of time working on this blog. For myself, and for you. I also spend a lot of money, which is never in abundant supply.
If you’ve found my Low Amine Recipes blog helpful to you in your life, and you want to do something nice for me to help keep this thing running, please DONATE VIA PAYPAL (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=ELNK3T3SPAM5W).
I also have a wishlist on Amazon (http://amzn.com/w/DAHNDR1KJQW8).
Whether or not you can donate to the kitchen cause, I appreciate you, and wish you the most delicious amine-free existence!
Have you enjoyed your Norwex cloths that I sent you? Do you have any questions about any of them?
I do love them! Thank you so much for sending them. The gesture is well appreciated. No questions. Funny you should say hello, I was talking about them with a friend just last night!
Hi there
Is there anywhere on your website where it is described the purpose of having ascorbic acid in so many of your recipes? Is it helpful/acceptable for Tyramine intolerance? Also, do you have to buy it from specialty stores/pharmacy or is there some way you can get the equivalent from most supermarkets?
Cheers and have a great afternoon
It is fine for tyramine and histamine intolerance, from what I understand, and you can buy it at Super Supplements online or in store. I use it as a vinegar and citrus substitute, or for anything that needs a tart flavor.
